Data Deletion Instructions
You can permanently delete your SENDNXT account and all data we hold about you (including data we received from Facebook) in any of the ways below.
Option 1 — Delete from inside SENDNXT
- Sign in to SENDNXT.
- Open Settings.
- Under Delete account, type your email to confirm and click Delete my account.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. We remove your user record, the Pages you connected, the contacts created from inbound messages on those Pages, and the message history attached to those contacts.
Option 2 — Remove SENDNXT from your Facebook account
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find SENDNXT in the list and click Remove.
Facebook will notify SENDNXT that you removed our app. We will then delete the same data described in Option 1 automatically. You will receive a confirmation code from Facebook — keep it if you want to verify the deletion later.
Option 3 — Email us
Write to privacy@sendnxt.com from the email address on your SENDNXT account and ask us to delete your data. We will action the request within 30 days and reply when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your user account and profile.
- Your Facebook page access tokens.
- Every Facebook Page you connected through SENDNXT.
- Every contact created from inbound messages on those Pages.
- Every message we stored for those contacts.
- Your broadcasts, sequences, and active sequence enrollments.
- Your subscription record and any Sanctum API tokens.
What we keep, and why
- Billing records required by tax and accounting law, for as long as the law requires. These contain only what is needed for invoicing and are deleted once retention expires.
- Anonymised security and abuse logs that no longer identify you.
Verifying your deletion
If you deleted your account in-app or by email, you can confirm the account is gone by trying to sign in again — Facebook Login will treat you as a new user.
If you removed SENDNXT from your Facebook account (Option 2), Facebook will give you a confirmation code. To check the status of that request, email privacy@sendnxt.com and include the code. We will reply with the status (received, completed, or — if we cannot find a matching account — not found).
Checking the status of an existing request
If you submitted a deletion request through email or via Facebook and want an update, send us the following so we can locate it:
- your registered email address;
- your Facebook user ID, if the request originated via Facebook;
- your reference number (assigned automatically when we acknowledged the request) or the Facebook confirmation code.
Your request will be in one of the following states:
- Pending — received and queued for review.
- Processing — your data is currently being deleted.
- Completed — deletion is finished.
- Rejected — we could not verify the request and need more information.
We process requests within 1–3 business daysand email you once the request is complete. Note: removing SENDNXT from your Facebook account's “Apps and Websites” settings does not by itself delete your data — it triggers Facebook to notify us, after which we run the deletion described in Option 2.
